- May 24, 2021Maybe you're trying to use the wrong field? Total slack has a specific use and is tied to the use of either deadlines or the last date in the plan. Maybe if you use the finish variance against one of the 11 baselines this will give you what you need; set up the schedule the way you want it to be, save a baseline (maybe baseline10) and then when the schedule changes you can use the finish variance against baseline10 to get the number you want?

Because I want the Finish date to drive the Finish Variance calculation and not potentially the deadline date.
