Find PWA Owner

How can we identify who the owner of the sharepoint.com/sites/pwa/Projects.aspx is?  In our company the site was created a functionalities were created, but we are not able to find who the owner of the site is to modify the settings currently specified.  It also looks like our Admin Group is not able to access the site.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello FelixMartinezReyes ,

    Site Collection Admins with a PWA license will be able to access the Project Online PWA site collection. Your SharePoint Online tenant admin will be able to grant a user site collection admin access to the PWA site collection from the SharePoint Admin center. That user, once they have a PWA license, will be able to get to the PWA Settings menu in the PWA site collection to make configuration changes.
