I tried creating a custom Visual Report for Microsoft Excel using Task Usage information. I was able to meet all of your requirements except for resources, which are not included in the Task Usage data. Therefore, I would surmise that you would probably need to use a combination of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel VBA to crank out the exact data you want to see. Just a thought. Hope this helps.
