Exam 70-348 retires

I was just notified by one of my consultants that Managing Projects & Portfolios with Microsoft PPM (70-348) is now being retired. I also see that the whole Microsoft Professional Program is being replaced by Microsoft Learn and I am not clear on what the strategy is here going forward. How does this affect the PPM partnership status and to attain gold / silver status?
