Enterprise custom fields not appearing in Project information section of MS Project

Hi All,

We are currently on EPM 2013 environment.A user who has machine configured in Windows 365 and MS project 64 bit is facing issue while accessing projects.He is not able to see enterprise custom fields while accessing project information tab.All the enterprise custom fields are blank.This is happening for all projects.Hence he is not able to save ,checkin project.All other users are not getting this behaviour.

Is there any compatability issues?
