DOES NOT SHOW % COMPLETED

First of all you do not need to shout (i.e. all caps), it will not get you a quicker or better answer.
What version of Project are you using? It looks like your second screen shot shows the Gantt Chart view of Project desktop but I don't quite understand what the first screen shot is showing. What view is that?
Did you insert the file into a master and that is what is showing in the first screen shot?

I'm using Project Online.
Both captures correspond to Project Online.
The first is Projects Portfolio and the second capture is Gantt Diagram.
I don't know if I understand my query.
In the Gantt Diagram I have a duration of 4 days and 20% Complete, but in the Project Portfolio it does not show me the same.

Thanks for clarifying what version you are using. Unfortunately I don't have expertise with Project Online so I can't be of further assistance. Hopefully one of my colleagues will jump in and offer a suggestion.
