Different Time Zones

Is there a way to incorporate different Time Zones into Project?  I am developing a project with teams across three Time Zones - US Eastern (EDT), Central European (CET), and Japan (JST).  Is there a script available to set-up Custom Fields or another way to integrate different time zones?  Thank you for any time and help!
