d'avance merci.

Yes, you can create new projects directly in Project Online, using either the Microsoft Project desktop application, or from the Project Center page in Project Web App.
A Project Plan 3 license, which is required for Project Online, will give you access to Project Online, to Microsoft Project Professional, and to Project for the Web. However, keep in mind that there is NO connection between Project Online and Project for the Web. These are two entirely different project management tools. Hope this helps.

Project Online and Project Server are full-featured enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. Project Web App is the web-based user interface for both Project Online and Project Server.
The Microsoft Project desktop application is the oldest project management tool from Microsoft. It can be used to manage desktop only projects (saved as MPP file), or it can be connected to either Project Online or Project Server, which allows the user to edit and save their projects as enterprise projects in the Project Online or Project Server database.
Project for the Web is a low-end, web-based project management tool that is intended for the management of small and simple projects. It is missing most of the features and functionality that are found in the Microsoft Project desktop application.
Does that help? Also, in the future, please write your follow up questions in English. Thank you.- xavier34000Copper ContributorHello and thank you for your answer.
I'm not very good in English, I use Google translate.
It seems to me that you can also create new projects directly from Project Online, right? And put links, resources without going through the desktop version of Project, ok?
The Project Online subscription gives access to: Project Online, Project Online desktop version, Project Web App and Project for the We, ok? Thank you again for your help.- xavier34000 --
