Is there anything more recent put out by Microsoft or project bloggers on the topic of ideation & demand management than the "Hitchhiker's Guide to Demand Management 2013"?

There are some posts covering Power Apps and Flow when doing status reporting ( AllanRocha ) or in case a new project gets created ( Prasanna Adavi ) . Of course you can apply those principles also to a SharePoint list, design a nice entry form with PowerApps, include an approval workflow using Flow and based on the outcome create a new project.
