Hi Dan.

Try [Current Date] field instead of Now()

The formula would look like this:

IIf([% Complete]<>100 And [Scheduled Finish]<[Current Date],"Late",IIf([% Complete]<>100 And [Scheduled Finish]-[Current Date]<15,"Due",""))

Try using the Current Date field instead of Now.
