If the link destination tasks are previously created, I think there is no direct option for what you are looking for.

Maybe with some trick that someone comes up with.

Mine is this (see attached image):

1. Copy the block of original rows in which the link pattern to be replicated is repeated.
2. Paste in the first row of the destination block.
3. Copy the new cells from the predecessor column,
4. Select undo.
5. Paste into the first cell of the predecessor column of the destination block

Note.- You must also include in the original block the tasks that are predecessors of any of them, even if the predecessors cell is blank.
