tori2024 - With project online only one user at a time can check out a project. Whoever checks out the project, they must Publish their changes and check the project in before other can see the changes. There is no work around.

malshayeb Thank you for replying. I don't need co-editing at the same time. But I need people to be able to check it out, edit, then check it back in for others to see. I will see if Project Online will work better for me. Thanks again.
