Change formatting of custom field table in task assignment detail page

Hi, 

I'm wondering if I can change the display formatting of how the custom field 'Consulted' is shown on the task assignment detail page - as I have set up this field as read only, it is greyed out, but I was wondering if there was any way further highlight the selected fields for easier visibility (in the screenshot below: RADAR.Formulation Chemist and RADAR.Product Development Scientist).
