Can we unassign enterprise resource from AD user account?

Hello. Can we unassign enterprise resource from AD user account? The main goal of this - user can't be assign to any enterprise project.
On Premise
Project Server

    Vasily -- To prevent the resource from being assigned to any enterprise projects, why don't you just set the resource to Inactive status? That would make the user disappear from the Build Team dialog for all of your project managers. Just a thought. Hope this helps.

Hello, Dale. If I inactivate user, he can't access PWA. BUT, he need this access.
