It’s a spreadsheet for construction activity sprints. I saw one in a work group and am trying to recreate it, but I haven't had any luck so far. I imagine it involves a formula; if it were manual...

The screenshot shown looks like a Project Task Usage view with the timescale set to Quarters and the detail timescale data set to show Percent Allocation.
What version of Project are you using?
What exactly are you trying to do?
