Only your Project Online application administrator can resolve this problem. He/she will need to do the following:
1. Open the enterprise resource pool and check out for editing the resources that will be working during the holiday time period.
2. Individually edit the calendar of each of those enterprise resources to show that they WILL be working during the holiday (he/she must do this one resource at a time).
3. Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool.
This should nicely resolve your availability analysis problems. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I do have key user rights on the Project Center.
That's the last step I did in my original post: through the Project Center resource page, I edited the calendar of each resource individually. The 2nd screenshot shows the (already edited) calendar of one of the ressources, with 1st and 2nd week of August set as non standard work weeks.
When I open the resource information through my project plan, the modification I made through Project Center appears.
Am I missing a step?
