Assigned Tasks not showing under "Tasks" and "timesheet" for team members

For these users, who is the default assignment owner? You can see this when you edit the resource in PWA. For existing projects, open a project in Microsoft project and insert the Assignment Owner column, does this match the assigned resource name or the name of the administrator user? If you want the users to see these tasks, make sure they are set at the assignment owners.

In addition to Paul's excellent answer, you might want to display the Build Team dialog and to make sure that the Booking Type value is set to Committed for each of the resources in your project team. Hope this helps.
