Apply motion or animation in Microsoft Designer?

I created a party invite for my boy's 5th birthday party. When I go to download the image I get a suggestion 'Ask Designer to animate your designs'. How do you do this? All my internet searching is...

  Sorry, I can't help with that. I am not a moderator on this forum so I have no editing ability. I wouldn't worry about your post remaining and just fading into oblivion with time, unless you definitely want your information deleted. If so, I can contact the forum owner to delete it.
