Application Matrix Connection with Projects

Hi all,

I am actually building up all our rollouts of the different digital enablers with MS Project roadmap.

Furthermore I would like to have an application matrix, where I can see which tool/enabler is already impemented in with region. Is there any functionality in MS project or in MS-world to build this up?
