Adding new 'Assigned to' names in Project Plan 1
How and where add 'Assigned to' names to online Project Plan 1? Those are the names of people who not have a Project Account. For example, I would like to add names like plumber, carpenter, etc. to specific tasks and so far I can only add my name to the task but not other names.
