Activate user account in project online who has left the organization

We have project online user whose account is currently Inactive. We observed that there are few timesheet inprogress so we need to clean timesheet. For this user account needs to be in active state.

Kindly provide solution on how can we activate his account again. Screenshot attached for reference.
