Yes, PL-200 and the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification were retired on August 31, 2026. The PL-200T00 instructor-led courseware itself was retired earlier, on July 31, 2026. Microsoft lists AB-410T00: Build intelligent applications as the replacement course.

If your objective is specifically to access the old PL-200 hands-on content, Microsoft Learn still has PL-200-related learning resources available. For example, the PL-200 study guide and the “Validate your Power Platform Functional Consultant skills” learning path are currently accessible and cover areas such as Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, solutions, and application lifecycle management.

However, since PL-200 is now retired, I would recommend using these resources mainly for learning/practice rather than preparing for the retired certification. For the current Microsoft learning path, you can look at AB-410 / Intelligent Applications Builder.
