The importance of growing your skills for your teams in Conversational AI has never been more important. Ensure your teams understand the basics and the application features that are key to your customer's success. This is why we have created the Power Virtual Agent Partner Growth Plan which is now available to active Microsoft Partners.
- Base: Onboard and start learning the fundamentals for Power Virtual Agents to be successful
- Build: Build collaboration with Microsoft in the area of Conversational AI, provide feedback on the product and be involved in the Partner community
- Expand and Specialize: Now you have built your knowledge, you should focus it in a particular area based on what your company focuses in.
If you only have time for ONE thing, then take away this - every partner should be in some way, working to these goals in Conversational AI so you can support with customer conversations that is grounded in the knowledge and the product awareness that it requires - this growth plan makes it easy for you to do that, whether you are starting from a place of little nothing or expert.
