"When a item is created or modified" is working just for the user that is selected in connections
I have a flow that the trigger is "When a item is created or modified" for a specific SharePoint List. The problem is that if I (which I'm the one select on "My connections") add or change a item...
This should fire regardless of user. It is on a 5 minute timer so it won't be instant. Going to assume you see the entries in the list show up from the other users? No restrictions or the "users only see their own items" turned on?

I see everyone entries.
Update: The other users changes triggered the flow but with a high delay (something around 40 minutes).
