Using 'when an Item or a file is modified' in Flow leading to slow performance warnings
- Mar 18, 2024
Paul_Dillon in the new designer the when an item or a file is modified has that parameter for how frequently to check for changes. I suggest you switch back to the classic designer where the trigger doesn't have that parameter. It should then only run when the specific column has been changed.

- Paul_DillonJul 10, 2024Copper ContributorHi Rob, I couldn't get this to work - I re-did the flow on classic but I still got the throttling warnings, and any time I tried to reconfigure, it would open up in the new designer. I also tried multiple times to reset the frequency of the check to 1 time per hour, but it keeps defaulting back to 5 minutes - I just can't get this to work and it seems so simple. Very frustrating and a very bad user experience!!
