Update site design using Flow

Hello

I am looking to update a site collections site design using Flow.  I have found there is a REST command ApplySiteDesign and I've been trying to get it to work in Flow using the Send an HTTP request to SharePoint with not much luck.  Just wondering if anyone had got this to work?
