trying to make a flow to fill column in sharepoint library

I'm working on a power app that as the user fills in information it will create a folder and fill in the column that has been entered. 

I managed to create a flow that will create the folder, but it didn't fill in the column. 

I think, i am missing formula telling it to fill it in. 

The columns are choice selection, and i did make a separate List for each column. don't know if that's needed but any help would be appreciated.

I think I'm missing a function in each of the text box to run the flow.
