Title in Approval Email Issue

Dear All,

 

Some users mentioned that the title in email content is too big (font size matter) and the question that the title is a link and it's not a statement.

 

Could we customize it or Microsoft is able to amend the title?

Please advice.

    Hi WeeTeckTan,

     

    What approval Flow are you using?  Are you using the default provided Flow Request Sign-off?  Or did you build a custom approval Flow?  I will assume that you are using the default Request Sign-off, and you are unable to modify that Flow at all.  If you want a custom approval, you will need to write a custom flow either from scratch or with one of the provided templates.  I believe the Page Approval template is one that seems closest to the Request Sign-off.
