Jun 01, 2025SharePoint/Power Automate Issue
I am the IT Manager for a small business. I was told that SharePoint can be used as a ticketing system, if set up properly. I have actually gotten it to work, but here is the issue. We have 2 email domains, one is MSI and the other is @asc*. When I send an email to the latter, it works but if I send it from an msi email, it does not work at all. Is there a setting or something someone can point me to or do I somehow have to make 2 different flows in order to get this to work. Any help is appreciated

Check SharePoint connector permissions in Power Automate, note that site owner permissions are required and then just re-authorize!
