I dont think this issue is related to flow. This is SharePoint frontend and/or browser issue. We have a infopath edit form that is launched directly from list item edit button. When we close form, 7 out 10 times list view gets refreshed upon returning to list. Sometimes, sharepoint just takes extra seconds to auto refresh the view.

anabe1895 Sorry, no resolution. I ended up switching list back to classic experience, which is more stable. And now I am in the middle of rewriting whole system in PowerApps. I have had same issues (view not showing correct data in modern experience) with other lists on different sites as well. I am not going to rely on views in modern experience, where possible.
