Reveal appended comments with Power App Form

Hello all,

In our current SharePoint Classic lists, we have a multi-line text field that appends comments for each list item, dubbed the comment history.  Since we are using Power Apps to create a form on a list, we are forced to use Modern view, which no longer shows the comment history. Our typical workflow for our lists is we have one for submission requests and a destination list where all of the updates are made, which we tend to carry over the comments history to the destination list.

Is there a way to reveal the comments history with Power Apps to show the appended comments? Or is there a way to access the modern comments to copy into a multi-text field?
