Rename a file

I have a SharePoint library that has a template. When someone selects New and choses the template, the document opens/saves as Document.docx. The template has a few fill in fields including date and child's name. I would like flow to rename the document from document.docx ChildName Date.docx (Flintstone Pebbles 20210201.docx for example.

Any ideas, guidance?
