PowerApp Exposing Data on Open

We are experiencing a new issue when opening a SharePoint Form created with PowerApps and opeing it in IE.  The Form loads, then flashing through all of the list items until it gets to the one selected.  It starts with the first ID and goes through them all until it hit the ID of the item you selected.  When it does this it populates all of the fields with the data of that list item exposing sensitive data.  Has anyone experienced this?  It seems to work fine in all other browsers.
