Power Automate

Hi, I have a SharePoint list which has a field name, Insurance Expiry and a field name,  Contract Expiry.

I need to setup a Power Automate workflow to send an email when the Insurance Date is about to expire (say a week) and less than Contracts End date. 

What formula can I use to cover this?
