Power automate SharePoint list update

Greetings,

I want my company SharePoint to show data (a priority list) from another companies SharePoint. I want to auto check for updates and changes as well.

Can they give me permission to integrate the list on my SharePoint? Or would I need to copy the file, and then power automate so it looks for changes in their list and then updates my list accordingly?

Just for info:  If "Tenant Isolation" has been enabled for the Power Platform, this can stop you making connections to another tenant.
    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/governance/tenantIsolation

"Tenant isolation can be used to block external tenants from establishing connections into your tenant (inbound isolation) as well as block your tenant from establishing connections to external tenants (outbound isolation). "

Alternatively, you don’t need to do any of this. Simply enable external sharing for your site collection to allow access to the other company. You can either invite them to your site or ask them to invite you to theirs using your company account. External sharing is a feature you can leverage to simplify collaboration.

You’ll need to watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_nb6MRprug

The only difference is that you’ll be working with lists instead of document libraries, but you’ll be using the exact same setup for the connections between the two tenants.
