Power Automate page for approval

Hi,

To be brief, I am doing a test environment on creating a flow that requires multiple manager approval when a file is submitted in SharePoint. I followed the steps as documented in Microsoft but I'm running into the issue where if one manager approves the file, by default it automatically approves it for all managers. 

Any suggestions?
