The Encodian Connector is another option which has an https://support.encodian.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360022205154-Convert-HTML-to-PDF action. However, there is a cost to get this connector after the 30 day trial is over. The best free option that I could come up with is to use the HTML file only as it seems creating a PDF file from an HTML file will not have the proper / expected format.
