Office 365 Microsoft Flow Copy files from sharepoint to sharepoint

Hi community,

i want to copy new files from all my group files  ( Modern sharepoint team site) to a diffrent Sharepoint site. So i need a flow to do this. I'm not so familiar with flow. I checked this flow to copy from site to site.

It works, but only if i define the website url for the team site etc. My case is. When a user create a new group and save documents in. Than all content should be synchronised or just copied to a let's say a general sharepoint site. In my case we work with projekts. So every Group is a Projekt with files and folders. But the management would like to have a folder structure in a separate group where all project files are in like :

Projekts:

-Projekt A (similar to groups name)

 - files

 -folders

- Projekt B

Does anyone can help to create a flow to do this?
