Need to automate sharepoint spreadsheet with email

Hello Team,

I have created a worksheet in sharepoint as vendor case with different feilds. I want to automate this worksheet, as and when cases are raised to any of vendor (vmware, oracle, microsoft, hp, dell), along with description and case number. 

Even i want to autoupdate the response from respective cases to the worksheet. Kindly help me to create automate work flow to suceed on this requirement.
