MS List - Importing excel with colon in time

I'm trying to import a table in excel into MS Lists, however I can't figure out how to import the time column correctly.

For instance, I have a time of 16:10, however it gets imported as .6736111111. Is there a way I can import the time correctly or do I need a Flow to fix it on the back end?
