MS Flow Capture the latest version issue

Dear All,

I manage to call API and capture the latest document version, 0.18 and saved to Revision Display column.

Once the system captured and updated library's metadata, the version will be changed to 0.19.

Thus the column updated is showing 0.18 but the actual version is 0.19.

The purpose of having this custom column: Revision Display to be used in MS word Cover Page - Document Property.

How do I cater for this situation?

Please advice.
