MS Flow - File Deletion Trigger Failed

Dear All,

Do you face this problem of the trigger event for the document deletion?

It's always show that the flow is failed but there is none of document trigger this deletion trigger.

Thus the flow is stopped due to 30 days failure continuously.

Check that the error details below.

Received the alert email.

Any idea to resolve this issue?
