MS Flow - File Deletion Trigger Failed

MS Flow Account i am using is admin account.
Can you show the when item is deleted part (expand your all flow step and share image) please
Please refer to the snapshot below. The error is being hit on When a file is deleted.
It's pointing to Controlled Documents library if a file is being deleted and it will trigger this deletion event.
However there is no file exist in Controlled Document library yet.

Just now tried this flow its fine to work. can you possible to share your screen. i'll help you. please find the attachment.
Once you try to the this flow as per the attachment once its done. You recreate as your requirement.
