Microsoft Lists: How to send an email in a field based on certain conditions?

This is something I've searched but have a hard time finding a good example.

I would like Microsoft Lists to send an email in Column A when:

1. Column B option is changed to a specific option.

2. Column C option is set or changed to a specific option.

Any advice?
