KenSze Yes, Power Apps and Power Automate flow is included in Microsoft 365 Business Standard plan and it should work for you with customized SharePoint list forms as well as long as you use standard connectors in app / flows.
You will need additional licenses only if you try to use premium connectors in app/flows.
