how to read in a webpage from within a powerapp

Hi,

I have an app that takes in 3 input text strings/numbers, and displays a sharepoint document library.

Is there anyway use the "OnChange" to take the entry from the input text and use it to construct a https: string link, then parse the webpage that is returned (within my organization) for a certain string, then decide to display the library in the gallery ?

Is there any other way to achieve the same result ? maybe using connectors or entities ?
