How to create a multi-option select menu in Powerapps?

I'm building an app within Powerapps based on a Sharepoint list.

This list contains a pretty essential lookup column, which includes another list from the same Sharepoint site.

So far so good, but how do I make a multi-option select menu or list of checkboxes based on the lookup column?
