Getting and Setting Lookup column values

I'm trying to understand how Flow deals with Lookup columns when dealing with SharePoint. 

I'm doing a test where when an item is created I want to simply extract the ID value of a Lookup column and based on that ID do a Switch Case and update the value of a lookup column in a different list. 

It seems though, no matter what I do in terms of Flow Actions, Lookup columns don't show up in either a Get or Set usage scenario.
