Sorry i don't know Spanish so answering in English.

Well as per my knowledge you cannot run Approval Flow for all selected items only one selected item.

so when you create any Flow it always titled as Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected item not items.

As per my knowledge is either you can create custom power app where you link your data to this SharePoint list and invoke flow from PowerApp button click or other option is you create Scheduled Flow using Recurrence Action(Timer) or depending upon some flag column(which indicate need to send for approval or not) you can trigger flow(for when item modified) automatically.
