Flow to send email when a List item is assigned to or the Action column changes

Hello.

I am trying to create an automation to send an email based on a SharePoint List

When it is first Created and assigned to then it should send an email

after that, if the action field is modified or the Assigned to changes (provided the Status is still open)

I try with several Condition combinations but it does not seem to work as i want it.

If anybody can help it will be much appreciated
